Andrea Normanno is a drummer, finger drummer, DJ/selector, and producer based in Sicily.
Live drummer of Ketama126, his various live projects and studio productions from jazz-funk to beats, electronic, and techno have been released on labels such as Slow Motion, and Roots Underground and have gained high praise and support from some of the key tastemakers, DJs, and radio stations in the world such as Ben Sims, Tessela, Gilles Peterson, Reenat Vandepapeliere.
Alongside this, Andrea has been a key figure in Sicilian club life. Spinning records across Sicily for 15 years, he cut his teeth at the Iconic venue Mercati Generali and shared the booth with legends of electronic music such as Carl Craig, Marcellus Pittman, Floating Points, and John Talabot. His DJ skills lead him to play in celebrated clubs across Europe as Goa Club in Rome and the mighty Corsica Studios in London alongside Alexander Nut.
