You can collect your wristband on Thursday, Sept 5th, and Friday, Sept 6th at Palazzo della Cultura [Via Landolina, 5] from 7:30 PM to midnight or at the entrance of any venue during the Festival.

At the cash desk of each venue, we’ll provide you a card with a QR code.
You can top-up your card in multiples of 10, 20, 50, 100 EUR.
You can check your balance anytime framing the QR code with your mobile device.
Please consider taking a photo of your QR code in case of loss.

You can use your credit for everything (food station & drinks) except for
– Food at Palazzo della Cultura, Cortile Platamone (Sept 5th) there you can pay with cash/credit card
-Shuttle buses

Refunds:
From September 16th to September 29, you can claim your remaining credit, by filling out a form, from a minimum of 5EUR and a maximum of 50EUR.
All credit refunds will be issued within 30 working days starting September 19.

There will be a food station in each venue accessible to everyone 🙂

Please note that in all locations alcohol and drinks are not included with any Pass – these can be purchased at the bars situated at the venues. A curated wine list is available across the weekend showcasing local wines and natural wine producers.
